OMART Training & Development, formed from OMART Consulting in 2008
to meet the growing need for quality training services, technical
assistance, childcare administration and placement opportunities for the
early childhood practitioners. I met Obioma Martin through email in 2009 during the state budget crisis that almost destroyed small setting daycare providers. People scrambled for solutions while the state withheld payment to providers for three months. It was a stressful time for all, as those of us in childcare sought answers. Omart arose like a phoenix from the ashes of that debacle.
OMART Training & Development offers

Learning Keys (PAKEYS) to Quality training courses to childcare
practitioners in the city of Philadelphia looking to advance their
skills. As they say in most great infomercials, "but wait that's not all", Omart Training offers so much more and has big plans for the future.
